I would like to thank The Cliff team for such a wonderful dining experience! Great food great staff! Wonderful atmosphere! Went with my friends for a quick dinner catch up, thank you Rey, Mani, Adrian and Emma for accommodating us, despite being very busy we received very good service, thank you guys for going extra mile ) will definitely be back again!

We had a wonderful time at Sofitel Sentosa. The moment we step in Sofitel, we are greeted with warmth welcome and friendly smile. After that, our room is ready upon arrival, and the staff had taken his time to slowly explain how we should go about in the hotel, the facilities, how we can go to the nearest beach, and etc. The best thing, he took his time to walk us to our room. What a wonderful hospitality he had given to us. Love it. At Kwee Zeen, the restaurant manager Thomas, is very attentive to details, he had recommended us the variety of foods that suites us. Thank you. The restaurant staff, Catherine, she served us with passion. She always ensures, our plates are cleared, for our next food, and at the same time, efficient delivering our orders. Thank you. Menu planner, Maqing, the hero that works behind the scene, to ensures we have a good selections of food that we are spoiled with choices and the taste of the is authentic. It is obviously that every food prepared is with hearts and attentive to cleanliness. In summary, we had a wonderful stay in Sofitel Sentosa, food is good, room is fantastic. Thank you to all staff in Sofitel Sentosa. 👍👍

When i arrived at the lobby, there was a huge smell of cigar smoke which isnot a good start. The hotel layout is huge and complicated. Directional signage terrible. I got lost twice trying to find my room. Wifi in 352 is poor with bad sihnal. Lighting switches are dated and not easy to use.

First time vacation at Sofitel Sentosa Singapore. I went to pool area and met Marcus. He provided alot of information to me. He provided warm and courteous service and made us feel at home. The hotel is in a beautiful setting with all the amenities.

The Sofitel Sentosa is a hidden gem, not just for its unique sprawling grounds, amazing pool and the relaxed, open-air pavilion style buildings set amongst the lush gardens, but mostly for the warm, friendly and professional staff who go out of their way to make every aspect of your stay enjoyable. From the first greeting with Sherilyn and Mona at Reception you are welcomed into the Sofitel Sentosa. The fabulous Michelle, Peter, Catherine, Ivy and the team at Kwee Zee go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your dining experiences, and have mastered the knack of giving you a personal, relaxed experience, even if the restaurants are brimming with people. It is worth staying here just to enjoy the sensational pool area. The huge pool is surrounded by lush gardens, with views overlooking the harbour. The pool bar is hosted by the wonderful Marcus who has turned customer service into an artform, making every feel at home. Le Bar and the team make the perfect place to start or finish and evening. All our interactions with the Sofitel Sentosa staff have been friendly and positive, and they exude a genuine warmth and interest in the way they go about the day and the experience they are creating for the guests, and it is very much appreciated. Although removed from the hustle and bustle of Singapore, the Hotel provides a 1/2-hourly free shuttle into Vivo City (and return) until 11pm daily, and the island shuttle runs every 15 minutes to take you around Sentosa ainto the monorail station. On a cool day you can walk into Vivo City. And Tanjong Beach is easily accessible down the steps from the pool. Removed but easily accessible from the glitz and fast-paced Orchard and Marina districts, Sofitel Sentosa offers you a welcoming, relaxingand tranquil oasis, to enjoy the best of what Singapore has to offer.
